Акции фармпроизводителя SOBI взлетели после предложения о поглощении за $8 млрд

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) — Swedish company Orphan Biovitrum (SOBI) announced Thursday that it had received an offer to buy from American private equity firm Advent International and Aurora Investment, a subsidiary of Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte.

The companies estimate the drug maker for rare diseases such as hemophilia, autoimmune diseases and metabolic disorders at about SEK 69.4 billion ($ 8 billion).

 

SOBI, which had already gained 15% this year, soared 24.6% to 239 kroons per share by 12:15 pm Moscow time following news of an offer to buy at 235 kroons per share.
